Mindfulness workshop

Teaching teenagers requires a specific approach, as most teens are self consciousness, suffer from insecurity to a certain degree and usually have a short attention spans. These are not the perfect frame work for an optimal learning experience. For that reason the workshop is build around easy and short exercises, some fun, music and a focus on their specific situations. The workshop is interactive and experiential. Aiming to accommodate the specific situation of each participant. During the workshop they  make big discoveries and get new experiences that can easily be replicated in their ‘normal’ situation.
