It is terrible to feel as if you are dying. When your heart starts racing, your breathing changes, your body tenses or shakes and you think that this is it. The end of life.
And when you are being checked in hospital, they tell you that nothing is wrong with you. WRONG. There is something not right, but it is not your body.

There are three types of anxiety and you are most likely suffering from more than one.
