Anxiety can easily be hidden

Anxiety is widespread, but lots of people are very good at hiding it. Until they reach the moment it is impossible to live a normal life. Like Ann, who had to take time off work or Anna, who choose a job, which she could combine with her constant feeling of anxiety.

They attended my event ‘How to overcome anxiety’ – the first steps and got away with an understanding of anxiety in general and a better understanding of their own anxiety and what they can do, right here, right now to make changes to their current anxiety levels.
