Covid-19 brings a range of challenges for different people. Workwise some are on furlough and might feel a bit as being on holiday – with restrictions. Others are working intensely and put in a lot of hours. At the screens or in the field.
Those who are working extremely hard on the front line, facing challenge after challenge and getting emotionally, physically and mentally exhausted need to take extra care of themselves. But of course, that is difficult.
When you are working long hours, there is not a lot of time and energy levels will be low.
That is where I come in with my offer of a free coaching package consisting of three sessions, where the focus is on you, the keyworker. Offering emotional and mental support.

Instead, there is a listening ear, a non-judgemental attitude and some hints and tips to cope differently or look better after yourself.
The session all take place via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom.
