Participants in my Meditation Workshop (with focus on body and sense) reported: significant change in stress levels – on a scale from 1 (totally chilled) to 10 (extremely stressed and tense) –

From   7 to 2,    6 to 1,   and the winner  9 to 1!

The number of breaths per minute at least halved for all participants, some going down to 2 full breaths in  60 seconds.
